1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellation of services provided by WeebifyPro. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy aims to provide clarity on the cancellation process for our various service offerings.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
- Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the current billing cycle.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle to prevent automatic renewal.
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
- Early cancellation of annual subscriptions may be subject to an early termination fee of 25% of the remaining contract value.
- Pro-rated refunds may be considered for annual subscriptions at our discretion, minus the early termination fee.
- Notification of intent to cancel an annual subscription must be provided at least 30 days before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal.
3. One-Time Services
3.1 Pre-Production Cancellation
- Cancellation of one-time services before work has begun may be eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- A service is considered in "pre-production" if no deliverables have been created or presented.
3.2 Mid-Production Cancellation
- Cancellation of services after work has begun but before final delivery will be charged based on the percentage of work completed.
- A minimum fee of 50% of the total project cost applies for mid-production cancellations.
- All work completed up to the point of cancellation remains the property of WeebifyPro unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellation Process
To cancel a service or subscription, please:
- Log into your account dashboard and navigate to the subscription management section, or
- Contact our customer support team at support@weebify.pro with your account details and cancellation request
- Provide the reason for cancellation (optional but helpful for our service improvement)
We will process your cancellation request and send a confirmation email within 2 business days.
Cancellation Timeline & Fees
- Monthly Plans: No cancellation fee. Service remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Annual Plans: Early cancellation fee of 25% of the remaining contract value may apply. Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of approval.
- One-time Services: Cancellation fees vary based on work completed (minimum 10-50% of project cost).
Important: Cancellation of your service does not automatically constitute a request for data deletion. If you wish to have your data removed from our systems, please submit a separate request according to our Privacy Policy.
